Intlfy ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered translation services.

2. Information Collection

A. Content Data

We process the JSON locale files and text you provide for translation. This content is temporarily shared with AI providers (OpenAI, xAI) to perform the service.

B. Account Data

When you sign in, we collect your email address via Better Auth to manage your account and billing.

C. Usage Data

We track token usage and API key activity to calculate billing via Stripe.

3. Data Retention & Caching

To provide our "Smart Cache" feature, we store a hash of your source content and its corresponding translation. This data is stored for 30 days and the expiration is reset every time the cache is hit. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

4. AI Providers

By using Intlfy, you acknowledge that your content will be processed by third-party AI providers. We do not use your data to train our own models, and we opt-out of model training with our providers where available.
