Terms of Service

1. Service Acceptance

By accessing Intlfy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our API or dashboard.

2. Credits & Billing

Credits are purchased upfront via Stripe.
Translation costs are deducted based on AI token consumption.
Cache hits are billed at 0.2% of the original translation cost.
Credits are non-refundable unless required by law.

3. API Usage

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Any usage charged to your keys is your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend keys that exhibit abusive patterns (e.g., DDOS or excessive non-translation traffic).

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the source content you upload. Intlfy claims no ownership over your translations. We only store them to facilitate caching and service delivery.

5. Disclaimer

Intlfy provides AI-generated translations "as is". While we use state-of-the-art models, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Users are encouraged to review critical translations.
